Fun game. When are VIP 10 and VIP 11 coming? – Call me a Legend Review

I am at VIP10, and halfway to VIP11. Lower VIP levels got a new hero and beauty. However VIP10 and VIP11 merely state “coming soon.” I pumped a lot of $ into this game. I hope coming soon means next week. It is getting silly. Update: The response was to say they are working on it. Engineers work to a schedule. When are they going to be using the game? “Coming soon” is unacceptable.
