Overcharged Me – TextGrabber scan and translate Review

I got the monthly subscription which was $1.99 and it charged me $33.99 to my paypal instead. That’s over 17x the price of what I was supposed to pay for. To make matters worse the app doesn’t even work for what intended it to work for. This is an absolute rip off do not buy this ?
