Technical issue? – Onmyoji Review

I keep getting white screen and the game/app completely freezes over. I couldn't even logged in pass the opening CG. I tried delete the app then reinstalled it so many times, tried restarting my phone (a 7+ model) as well, but nothing seemed to work. Please look into this problem and help me.
