Thanks false ban! Very Cool! Edit: The game itself is great, mostly thanks to Cygames making it. The big problem with the game is how Crunchyroll communicates with the players. The customer support is slow, and whenever there is a problem (ex:False Ban above), and find out it is their own fault, they do not announce the game problem (either in-game news, App Store, or even their Twitter) , or the fact they are working on the issue. What's more, they did not do any compensation about that matter. (I've asked about the compensation, only response was that "they are considering it" and no reply back afterwards) The review would actually be 4-5 star if it wasn't managed by Crunchyroll, or if Crunchyroll actually becomes more communicating and transparent with their Users, like how Cygames, the developer of this game is with their users (on JP)
