Delivery to neighbor country took week plus and can’t track my package – Озон: онлайн интернет-магазин Review

Ozon had a policy to deliver up to 5 days if you choose so. But honestly they don’t care! I am waiting my package already 7 days plus and I have no idea when it should arrive Support doesn’t work at all, if you ask them where is your package they are saying it still on the way, but the day before yesterday they’ve sent a message it has arrived! What a mess! And they are asking people to stay home and wait their delivery all day long from 9 am to 9pm!!!! It is crazy!
