Disappointment galore… – Birthday Reminder & Countdown Review

I can’t believe this app gets such good reviews. I’ve had nothing but glitches, errors and lack of function. The customer service is good and responsive, but they haven’t fixed the problems. I wish I didn’t waste so much time entering all my friend’s birthday dates!
