Always deleting it's own features – Presets for Lightroom - FLTR Review

What the heck happened to the "try filter" section?!!! I also had purchased the app because that was the feature that sold me, but now it's gone?! Not to mention, I've tried to get a hold of your support team, multiple times and zero response. Please refund me immediately.
