Helps me cope – Simple Habit Sleep, Meditation Review

2020 was a very rough year for me, like many others. My therapist had recommended this app to me prior to the COVID-19 pandemic and I had used it occasionally, but I started using it more consistently in 2020. This app has helped me find better ways to cope with anxiety and depression than I had been using before. I try to begin my day with a positive meditation, then occasionally need to use the shorter meditations for quick relief during a hectic work day. While this app is slightly expensive, I appreciate that Simple Habit is paying their meditation teachers. I am happy to pitch in to that effort.
