Crashes!! Be aware!! – Dark Dimensions: City of Fog Collector's Edition Review

So sad, a great game, beautiful graphics,exiting, & challenging. Paid for it and about a quarter into the game it crashed. I went back and played it again and on the same scene ( retrieving a key from the bird on the bird house) it crashed. Hope this can be fixed. Would love my $$ back!!?
