What happened to my infinite hints? – Doors: Awakening Review

I purchased all the levels. I’m stuck on a puzzle. Hints not working. No way to write to ask what happened. And I have had to restart the level again and again if I go back to the menu to restore purchase. I can’t even earn a hint by watching an ad. Very frustrating. I’m playing on iPad Pro 12.9 That said, I do love the game, that’s why I bought it. But the hints should play for the puzzle I’m playing and infinite hints should mean I am not limited. I have almost all of your games ?? and love them but this is the first of your games to give me trouble if I need a hint.
