Windows Credentials issue – Jump Desktop (RDP, VNC, Fluid) Review

I have not been able to even use the app because it keeps asking me for my windows credentials. Their instructions on how to fix this aren’t even helpful and probably outdated instructions. I even upgraded to windows 10 pro and paid 100$ for that and it still doesn’t work
