Customer Service will disregard your concerns – Signeasy - Sign and Send Docs Review

I have had an account since 10/28/2013. I have had a few bumps along the way but for the most part have been satisfied with this app. Last week, however, I was suddenly told my account that SINCE 2013 did not have unlimited in person signatures and that I had no signatures left for this month. I was in front of a patient and I couldn’t even save the supposed “emergency one time” signature. I immediately tried to figure out what happened and it wanted me to upgrade my account to the account type it listed as the one I have. Confused by this I contacted support. After exchanging 6 emails and my attempt to spell out my confusion and provide picture evidence, they sent me the following: As I can check, you have purchased an essential plan that comes with 5 signature requests. For unlimited signature requests, you can opt the pro plan. No, “I’m sorry you’re having trouble,” no, “when we say signature requests this includes your in-person signatures” no, “I think we may have found the miscommunication between us”. Nope, just pay for pro and you can have your unlimited signatures again. Oh, and according to the description in Apple App Store the **Essential plan has unlimited signatures in person, 5 email requested signatures. (I have people sign in person not by email).** So, they still haven’t bothered to give a crap about losing one of their longest account holders. They only want your money and if you have problems, just give us more money and that will fix it.
