Stops working after minimizing the app – StreamChamp: Streaming App Review

It worked fine for a few days and then it suddenly stopped working. The stream health shows excellent till i am on stream champ and the health shows "No Data" once i switch to the game app. I bought a Subscription because I liked the app and then it stops working. Either refund or fix this please.
