Scam? – Grocery Mate Lite – Easy-to-Use Shopping List and Expense Tracker Review

My wife uses the lite version. She liked it but it only allows 1list. She went to upgrade and it told her its $3.99 to upgrade. But I see the full app in the store for $1.99. What is going on with that? It seems like they are trying to scam the people that are using the lite version.
