Stock tickers and info disappear – iStock (Stock, Stock Market, Global Market) Review

O.K. - it may be operator error, but it seems that once a week the stocks I have populated into iStock disappear and I have start from scratch and enter them again. Please let me know if I need to save them in some way so they stay until I delete them.
