Canceled subscription. Still charged. No support. – Wonster Words Learning Games Review

I signed up for free trial. Before the trial ended I canceled the subscription. The cancelation takes several steps (see definition of “sludge”). My credit card was still charged for the subscription after cancelation. I then tried to access support in the app, but of course that button doesn’t work.
