Eh – ChatStick Pro - 200+ HD Chat Bubbles for any Pic or Collage FREE Review

Still trying it out but....... Doesn't explain fully how to get the words in the bubble and understandably a free app comes with ads but its over kill with ads. Can't do one thing after another and an ad pops up. I may just delete cause of that very annoying.
