Can't transfer stars – Wild Runner Adventure Review

How come I can't transfer stars? It says that I need to be connected to the Internet? But I already am and already tested it! I even logged out of the wifi and back in and also with the app but why? All I can do is play the games! I need this fix. It was fine yesterday. The other fantage apps are like this too!
