Definitely worth it – Six Pack in 30 Days Review

I could never convince myself to do core workouts just by myself. This app totally helped change that. The exercises are mostly great. Some more could be added - I occasionally just replace an exercise here and there with alternatives. I wish the soundtrack would change once in a while.
