Blurry pixelated videos and support is never available – InStories Reels & Story Maker Review

Really disappointed with the poor quality of the videos. I contacted support, they took forever to respond and I submitted screenshots only to receive a response that they needed 3-6 weeks to fix the poor video quality...FACE PALM. The app is too expensive for this to be an issue.
