Love the App but I have one question? – AN Tracker Review

Like the title says, I love this app. Makes the table a little cleaner when playing A;N which means we've got more space to install remote servers and their accompanying ICE. I however have one little question, or I guess technically two; What do the card with the lightning bolt from the corporation side and the bullseye symbol from the runner side represent? Can't seem to puzzle that one out!
