Failed open, certificate error – NurseGrid Nurse Shift Calendar Review

The website and especially the APP are stating certificate expiration and error. So although I have an account the app isn’t loading anything. It isn’t giving the Option to sign out and then back in. Only options are to refresh- it refreshes to the error page. When the app is functioning it works well and for the most part provides what I need. Times like these when it isn’t working… it’s an inconvenience. The App Store shows I updated it 2 weeks ago… what’s wrong?? Can the error be fixed so I can move on with my functioning??
