Excellent Hypnosis App – Heartbreak Healing Hypnosis Review

I've bought a lot of hypnosis apps & some are much better than others. This one is excellent. The woman's voice is incredibly soothing & puts me either "out" or "under" every time. The first time I used it I chose the "sleep" version & was out like a light before the induction even ended. The second time I chose the "wake" version & either fell asleep again or was deeply under hypnosis until she led me to "awaken." I feel better after listening to this even only twice. I feel more at peace & "okay" with the way things worked out in my relationship. I feel less frustrated, heartbroken & anxious to control/change the outcome of things. I'm not completely over my breakup, but i'm incredibly satisfied with the improvement after only two sessions and plan to keep listening. After my second session I deliberately skipped the induction & stayed wide awake so I could hear what is said in the substantive section. I like to know what messages are being suggested to my subconscious mind. The messages I heard were very positive and healthy. They address things like releasing one's guilt, shame, anger & feelings of helplessness & victimization; empowering & taking responsibility for one's self while accepting that you can't change another person; experiencing feelings of loss & sadness without resisting those feelings or letting them overwhelm you; acknowledging your goodness; engaging in self-care and all kinds of other healthy messages to help you move on. Both the induction (even the short one) and the substantive section are LONG. Someone said they found the quality of the recording to be poor. I didn't experience that at all. I definitely feel I got my money's worth. I already bought another one of Ms. Meadows' hypnosis apps as an "in-app purchase" and will provide feedback on that as well after I listen a few times. Bottom line: if you're really struggling post-breakup, this isn't going to make everything great overnight, but it has already helped me more than I expected it would & may do the same for you.
