How do i fix this – WeCatch - Radar & Map Review

It is very off and on like it works 15 percent of the time, whenever i press the search button it says “No results found (your filter is on)” like how am i supposed to fix this ive tried turning off my filter and nothing work but at first when i got the app its would work every once in a while.
