Inhumane – App Store Connect Review

“Inhumane: without compassion; cruel”. This is the best word I can think of to describe the App Store review process. There is no acknowledgement that either side of the conversation is a human being with feelings. The software layer appears as though it has never been tested in the real world. It hangs together by a thread. The only glue that holds it all together is Apple’s crushing monopoly on iOS software distribution. Developers have no choice but to suffer through it - or give up on the iOS customer base entirely. I am leaning towards the latter option.
