Problems from the start – TV5MONDE Review

I have correctly registered with the app so as to be able to save my progress/history, but the app refuses to allow me to log in, saying that I have entered the incorrect username or password. But this is NOT the case. If I try to re-register, it tells me that my email address is already in use — so that means that I really do have an account, right? But when I attempt recover my password (in case I have somehow mis-remembered the password, though I haven’t), it tells me that I have entered the incorrect username or email address! But it just told me that my email address is taken and therefore I do have an account, so how can it be the wrong email address?! Argh....
