With 2 kids and a full time job, I can't find enough time to work out (or some little person keeps trying to climb up my legs to demand another episode of bubble guppies), but this little gem is so helpful. In 12 min. I feel like I have been able to give my legs a solid bit of exercise. No prep, no annoying voice, great visual, and 30 sec. breaks in between reps. Very helpful for the moms who always seem to run out of time!
