App won't open – Farm Puzzle for Babies Free: Move Cartoon Images and Listen Sounds of Animals or Vehicles with Best Jigsaw Game and Top Fun for Kids, Toddlers and Preschool Review

This is my 2 1/2 year olds favorite game on here and now it won't open??? I purchased the full version because she loved it so much and I expect it to work. $2.99 Should be put back on my iTunes account do to no function, and or the app needs to be fixed ASAP.
