Does Scale Pics for iPad – Vellum Wallpapers Review

Although the listing says this app is compatible with iPad, that’s misleading. Photos are made in configuration for iPhone and do not scale for iPad. Yes, you can still use the photo as wallpaper with an iPad, but it lacks scalability to see the entire picture with full clarity. For the price of this app, this is a glaring defect.
