I have never had an issue with the App. While it is a bummer that you have to purchase each set of videos they are a huge help. To the person having a hard time. The videos are imbedded in the app so there is no downloading. If you need help trouble shooting you can contact the developer at skillzondemand. They are on Facebook as well.
