Poor service – WhatStat Online&Offline Status Review

I bought this app last month it was okay but since last 15/20 days its not showing me the online status of one contact although i have paid for three numbers. I have complained, have sent them my id but nothing has been done yet. I am thinking to buy another app this month and cancel this one as its not serving the purpose.
