Great game but Customer Service is poor – Rise of the Kings Review

I want to make it clear that I enjoy this game and have spent many hours playing it. My problem is with Customer Service. I had a problem develop with a payment of an in game purchase that caused an outstanding balance. When I was made aware if the issue, I took care of it right away, paying the balance with the games PayPal account. I left several messages using in game support (GM) over several days but got no response at all. I just tried to log on but I’ve been blocked and told to contact Customer Service. There is NO clear direction given on how to do that. The game is great but 3 stars is the best I can do given the situation. I would appreciate some help.
