Technical Difficulties? – TwinSpires Horse Race Betting Review

I made a bet on the 2021 Kentucky Derby and won some money. I’ve been trying to collect but the website doesn’t open and there is no mention of why not or any difficulties. If there was clarification then my rating would be better. Is anyone else having this problem of collecting their winnings?
