Stumped – CoolApp for Google+ Free Review

I can't rate something I can't use, this app is going to get erased. It don't work, I logged in yesterday and still waiting?? I give this no stars. 20% login is all ill see. I didn't want to give any stars. I still don't even know what this is? It won't let me login? This app is pitiful (My opinion)!!
