The IP address is always loading and never show up. Waiting for minutes, it still can’t get connected. I’ve tried many different protocols, locations and settings, it still does not work for me. Even though it appears to be connected, I can’t access the blocked websites and apps, such as google, youtube. I’m afraid I have to request refund.
