Doesn’t work – PDF Converter - Reader for PDF Review

Unfortunately this app doesn’t work. I paid for it so that I can convert images for my business, all the things that I push to add a document or picture it just sits there and loads, I would like a refund please. May have more purchases if you make it so it works!
