The app kicks me out every time I tried to enter the application – Infltr - Infinite Filters Review

I don’t know what is the problem !! Every time I enter the application the app kick me out ?? And after that when I want to send a video via Snapchat the video appears small and the background is green !! Please fix this problem I purchased the yearly subscription
