Read before you buy - Very aggressive blocking! – Numbo: Scam Call ID & Lookup Review

So the app does block a large number of spam calls and other scam related calls but at the same time, it also blocked very valid calls such as calls from my doctor’s office, requested Amazon, Apple and Comcast service calls as well! For some reason, these requested numbers were tagged as Spam by other Numbo users who thought it might be fun to do so. Emailed a lot to the app support, to introduce a whitelist feature, wherein an user can whitelist such valid numbers on their device so that they don’t get blocked, but nothing. No help whatsoever- just a generic email reply that we’ve got your email and will be in touch with you soon. That’s it! Call blocking is good but not so much aggressive that you block valid numbers as well. I think similar review was provided by few Numbo users as well.
