NO LANDSCAPE VIEW – How to Make Sushi - Photo Cookbook Review

I like the app, but like EVERYBODY ELSE, would have appreciated the landscape view WHICH DOESN'T EXIST ON THIS APP. Do you expect people to hold the Ipad on hand while cooking or what? other than that, pretty good. FIX LANDSCAPE VIEW PLEASE
