It’s charging me $10/month, but no purchase was made – PlayKids+ Kids Learning Games Review

I’ve been getting billed 10 dollars every month for this app, but when I went into my account it said I had not bought the PLUS version. I tried to fix it, but the HELP option was not helpful. Be careful with this app!
