Either upgrade 'free' or buy Pro... Not both! – Sous Chef : Timers & Recipes Review

Be careful! Upgrading the free program does not convert it into the 'Pro' app. If you do it like I did, you end up paying twice for the same thing. But it's still a good program and I'd love to give it more stars If it were designed better.
