Good if it works – The ENTERTAINER Review

Tried to sign up using PostPay on Friday. PostPay deducted money from my account and send me a loan agreement. As there was no confirmation from Entertainer on the purchase, contacted Entertainer and they told me they did not get any money from PostPay so they can’t do anything and take up with PostPay. PostPay only work during normal working hours on working days. So no support on Friday and Saturday. To save a special offer from Entertainer, O decided to pay in full on Saturday and get the subscription ok Saturday which I did. As Entertainer confirmed that they did not get money I thought I shall take it up with PostPay and get the money refunded. On Sunday PostPay confirmed they can’t do anything and take it up with Entertainer which they confirmed on Friday itself that they won’t be able to do anything. I wrote emails to Entertainer yesterday requesting resolution as I could not find any phone numbers. No response till 3:25 on Monday. So which is the organization that should stay away, I am not sure. And on the top of it, from yesterday I can’t order using Entertainer as it gives error when I try to pay. So paid twice for a product that I can’t use. PostPay one should avoid based on my experience.
