Crashes every time. – Crayola DigiTools 3-D Review

This app crashes on my iPad one, as does the other app for the Digitools. It says it's compatible for iOS5 but it crashes every time. The support for this is a joke, it just puts you over to Crayola's website but there are ZERO answers there. It's Christmas day and my kids can't play with their gift.
