I like this app but family sharing is not working – Animal and Tool Flashcards for Babies or Toddlers Review

I purchased this app with a couple of languages so my kid can learn but family sharing it is not working on my kid’s iPad , tapping in “restored paid languages” doesn’t work , fix please . (The support website doesn’t work neither )
