Love the idea, but unfortunately… – recyPay Review

Thank you for responding to my review. I know deep in my heart that that is not your intention to respond or come off in a way that you don’t intend. I am glad that you care about your customers, I would love to use this app and I am so glad that you were working to make it so that blind and visually impaired users can use it. I only wanted to give that word of advice, because I would hate for you to lose a great business. I am a business owner myself, and I would hate to see another business fall apart. You guys are great, and I only want to see you get even better. You guys are an excellent company and I love the fact that you came up with a way so that we can recycle products. Thank you very kindly for that, and I hope that the advice I gave you didn’t come off in an unpleasant way. I just believe in my heart that you are an awesome app developer, and you have created a wonderful app. I just don’t want to see your business go down the tubes all because another customer thought you were rude to them and reported you. I love you guys and your app and I want nothing more than to see your business grow. Thank you for reading and responding to my review and have a wonderful day. I love the idea of this app, unfortunately though, I am not able to create an account. I am totally blind, and I use voice over. Can someone please fix this issue so that I would be able to create an account, I want to be able to use this app. Another thing I would like to draw to your attention, if you could be so kind as to respond to peoples reviews in a much kinder manner, you will not lose your business. I don’t want that for you. Although I love this app, I am currently unable to use it since I cannot create an account. I want to be able to give you a chance, but I would like to let you know that I was reading customers reviews, and you responded to one of them with a very snotty attitude. Please keep in mind that with using an attitude like that you will not last very long. I would love to use this app, so if you would, please fix. Most importantly, please fix the way you respond to other peoples reviews. I guarantee you that once this is done more people will download and use your application.
