Jittering video? – G-Sight Laser Training Pro Review

So I just received the product and it's looks good but the video from the app jitters/jumps rhythmically. I tried the ios native video Camera app and no jitters so it's not my phone/Camera. It seems like the software. Any one else with this problem?
