VERTICAL RATIO IMPROVEMENTS – Lumyer:Photo Filters Loop Edit Review

When will the vertical ratio improvements happen? I have been getting this pop up message since WAY before Christmas!!!!!!! It is now April of 2019. I wrote the above before Christmas of 2018. WHEN is some one going to find the person with the SMARTS to fix whatever problem this is!!!!!!!! Thank you for your response. June 3, 2019 Not only do I still not have the vertical ratio, I DO NOT have any fx effects!!!!! July 20, 2019 Still do not have the vertical ratio improvements happening. I also lost being able to give my effect suggestions. August 29, 2019 Still no vertical ratio, still no ability to make a suggestion. Down to one (1) star. November 27, 2019 Three (3) months and STILL NO vertical ratio, STILL NO ability to make a suggestion , NO NEW fx‘s for THANKSGIVING ( the day BEFORE the HOLIDAY!!!!!!). Have to give one (1) star AGAIN! because I can not send zero (0) April1, 2020 Same review as 11/27/2019 adding no thing new for April Fools. May 27, 2020 ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has happened in this app!!!!!! In the middle of a pandemic since December 2019 & no one can come up with an fx of a mask!!!!!! !!!!!! ? JULY 1, 2020 Gone thru the whole month of JUNE with nothing new...STILL NO VERTICAL RATIO...STILL NO ABILITY TO MAKE A SUGGESTION ( god knows someone needs some ideas) ...STILL NO NEW FX’s. I Have already PAID for everything that is being given as “new” Sept 7, 2020 Can someone please explain to me why I CAN NO LONGER post anything I have created to the comment line of Facebook?!!!! This app has become infuriating !!! It has been this way since 2019!!!! Sept 14, 2020 Someone really F**KED UP this app!!!!! Nov 5, 2020 This app is no longer compatible with IPads. I can NOT post videos to the comment line on Facebook, and that is only if I can find any videos I’ve made Feb 21, 2021 Will someone please be kind enough to tell me if the only way to get new effects is to get the Snapchat app so I can stop wasting my money and time with this one I have received every update this app has done and I get nothing different ...You also did NOT answer the question-Is Snapchat a necessity to keep using this app?
