Worked ONCE – Browser and Documents Manager Review

I downloaded something for an animation meme I am working on. It worked perfectly. I try to download a 7 second vine from YouTube, can’t do that because it’s “restricted by copyright” no matter how hard I try, I hope that it’ll work when I download but every time now I’m met with disappointment. Can’t download straight from YouTube. Absolutely useless now.
