Scheduling – Life Time Member App Review

So the app, overall, is great. Very easy to navigate. It’s not a developer issue but lifetime’s scheduling policy... once you schedule you can’t cancel when it’s after the 2 hour mark of the starting class time. Life happens. We should be able to cancel whenever since there are waitlists for classes all booked up and gym goers who just walk in 5 minutes before the class’ start time anyways.
