Bring back the CHIHUAHUA! – Celeb Voice Filter - Talkz Review

This app used to be great back when it had talking cartoon characters. The talking chihuahua was brilliant. Now, it’s trying to be some sort of TikTok filter or something, and it’s just awful. Sad!
